DESCRIPTION
A triangular, thick, medium graphite pencil (HB) for your child’s first pencil when learning handwriting. The thick size makes it easier for young children to hold. The triangular size encourages a proper tripod grip. A plus to the triangular shaped pencil is that it doesn’t roll off the table. The thick lead is break resistant and sharpens to a nice point with our pencil sharpeners made for this size pencil.
SUPER FERBY VERSUS FERBY
A Super Ferby and a Ferby are the same thickness and same triangular shape, but a Ferby is shorter than a Super Ferby. These pencils are Ferby and young children or children taking up the pencil for the very first time often find the shorter pencil easier to hold until they become more practiced.
